The Community College of Allegheny County provides a supportive and transformative learning environment that prepares graduates to meet critical needs in the region’s workforce.
At CCAC, we believe that life outside the classroom is an important part of your college experience. Each CCAC campus has a variety of activities to enhance your lifestyle – including athletics, cultural events and personal development seminars.
The CCAC Educational
Foundation is the fundraising and benefactor arm of the college. It seeks to
create vital connections between the college and the wider community
to ensure the ongoing viability of the college.
Greetings! As the college community prepares to welcome both new
and returning students to the start of the fall semester, it's time
to reflect on the many achievements we have accomplished together
this past year. To that end, I am pleased to share my year-end
report detailing the progress we have made in the latter half of
the 2016-17 academic year toward enhancing the institutional
climate, expanding educational opportunities and increasing student
engagement. The report also highlights many of the awards and other
distinctions bestowed upon CCAC faculty, staff, administrators and
students since my last report published back in December. These
accomplishments, combined with those featured in the college's
2016 Annual Report, underscore the innovative
approach to education and learning taking place at CCAC each and
every day-and are indicative of a college well-poised for future
growth and success.
Certainly, these achievements would not have been possible
without the considerable efforts put forth by all of you. Your
steadfast commitment to this institution and our students is
nothing short of outstanding. I am truly honored to work with such
a dedicated group of individuals.
Thank you for helping to make the Community Collegeof Allegheny County the college of choice,Dr. Quintin B. Bullock
