    Frequently Used Links

    Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA): Check your email remotely from any computer with Internet access. (Don't forget that you need to enter ccac\ before your username). You can also change your network password from within OWA. See instructions.

    Behavioral Misconduct Form: The Behavioral Misconduct Report Form serves as an official record of the complaint about improper behavioral conduct.

    Credit Union: Find out more about the CCAC Federal Credit Union - joining, loan rate information and other services provided.

    Change Password: Visit the EntryPoint site if you need to change your network password from anywhere outside the College network.

  • Faculty Tools

    Academic Email option: As a faculty member you already have an Outlook email account for receiving internal correspondence; you may choose to have a second email account on the academic mail server. This may be useful if you wish to keep student correspondence separate from your other email. If you choose to use both email accounts, please remember to check both accounts regularly.

    Blackboard: Give your course a useful presence on the web - including online discussions and public access to important documents.

    College Council forms: Get helpful instructions and forms needed to create or change an academic program or make other changes to the curriculum.

    Lynda Campus: Supplement curricula by incorporating Lynda Campus videos into Blackboard course sites. CCAC is a Lynda Campus which grants active faculty and students access to the Lynda learning library. To access this service, visit MyCCAC and click on Lynda Campus in the quick links.     Master Course Syllabi: View current credit and noncredit course syllabi and print copies for your classes.

    Section Planning Wizard: Request a Blackboard site for your course and monitor the status of these requests.

    Survey of Student Opinion: Register here and view the results of the Student Opinion Survey, after classes have concluded. See instructions.

    Application for CCAC's Speaker's Bureau: The Public Relations & Marketing Department is seeking individuals who would be willing to be called upon for the purposes of college and community speaking events, media inquiries and general marketing promotions.

    CCAC Timekeeping Kronos System: Supervisors and all hourly employees will view timecards and request time off.

    CCAC Learning Communities: Learn new skills, access online resources, find documentation, enroll in e-Learning courses, search for available courses, suggest new courses, and search and register for instructor led trailings at your location. Access the CCAC Learning Communities through the MyCCAC portal and click on the CCAC Learning Communities quick link.

    Payroll: Answer your payroll questions. Find forms, decipher your paycheck, learn about taxes and deductions.

    Room Scheduling: Request a room online using Astra Scheduler.

    Web Conferencing and Lync: Arrange a meeting with internal or external constituents via web conferencing systems.
