• Billing Information

    Students registering in person will receive information about payment due dates upon registration. Students registering on the web need to check their due date on the Payment Due Dates Schedule. Depending on the date of registration, the college may mail one notice of payment due to the student's current address.

    Outstanding Balances

    A hold is placed on the account of any student who has an outstanding balance. These students are not permitted to enroll in a subsequent term or receive any other college services until resolving the balance in full. Cash, check, money order or credit card payments (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) will be accepted as payment. However, if an outstanding balance is paid with a check payment, the hold is not removed until 15 calendar days have elapsed. If an outstanding balance is paid by cash, money order or credit card, the hold is removed immediately.

    The college has a comprehensive billing process to collect outstanding balances. Three collection efforts are made by the college. At that point, students who have failed to respond are reported to the Bursar's office for collection. The account is then turned over to an external collection agency and assessed a collection fee.

    Overdue accounts will incur consequences which include withholding of transcripts and/or any other service provided by the college in the student's behalf.

    A financial obligation constitutes an educational loan to assist in financing your education and therefore is not dischargeable under the United States Bankruptcy Court.
